al mismo tiempo se generaba la escasez de este preciado &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/technology\/2014\/sep\/22\/silicon-chips-electronic-brains-of-world\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cerebro<\/a>&#8216; que mueve toda la tecnolog\u00eda detr\u00e1s de los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes, las comunicaciones, la industria automotriz y militar y un largo etc\u00e9tera.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_380\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-380\" style=\"width: 958px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-380 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/didi.com.bo\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/los-celulares-usan-tecnologia-semiconductores-chips.jpg\" alt=\"los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes usan la tecnologia de los semiconductores chips\" width=\"958\" height=\"596\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-380\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Los telefonos inteligentes usan la tecnolog\u00eda de los semiconductores<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Pero la supremac\u00eda por dominar y fabricarlos principalmente -si depender de otros, como es el caso de los dos mas grandes fabricantes del mundo como la taiwanesa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tsmc.com\/english\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TSMC<\/a><\/strong> y la surcoreana <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samsung.com\/semiconductor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Samsung<\/a>&#8211; ya no implica solamente el aspecto econ\u00f3mico &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/economia\/negocios\/la-fiebre-chips-se-dispara-demanda-se-nid2592374\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un negocio multimillonario<\/a>-, sino que ya es un asunto de <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Geopol%C3%ADtica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">geopol\u00edtica<\/a>(el c\u00f3ctel de geograf\u00eda, pol\u00edtica y poder).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Veamos por qu\u00e9; recientemente EE.UU. aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad un presupuesto de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efe.com\/efe\/america\/economia\/el-senado-de-eeuu-aprueba-250-000-millones-dolares-para-competir-con-china\/20000011-4557494\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">50.000 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/a> para construir sus propias factor\u00edas de chips y de esta forma disminuir su dependencia de sus proveedores asi\u00e1ticos(que dominan el 70% de mercado de los microchips) y en clara se\u00f1al por la supremac\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica frente a China(su archi competidor).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_381\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-381\" style=\"width: 1960px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-381 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/didi.com.bo\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/chips-la-tecnologia-que-domininara-el-mundo-1.jpg\" alt=\"chips la tecnolog\u00eda que dominar\u00e1 el mundo\" width=\"1960\" height=\"991\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-381\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Los chips son la tecnolog\u00eda que dominar\u00e1 el mundo, seg\u00fan los expertos<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esto mismo ocurre en otros pa\u00edses en esta carrera por dominar est\u00e1 tecnolog\u00eda. Observemos por ejemplo a <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ASML\">ASML<\/a>, la empresa holandesa que <a href=\"https:\/\/hardzone.es\/tutoriales\/rendimiento\/asml-fabricacion-chips-obleas-euv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lidera<\/a> esta industria y provee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asml.com\/en\/technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hardware y software avanzado<\/a> para todos los fabricantes del mundo -entre ellos Samsung, Intel, Nvidia- que producen estos microchips, ASML fue la pionera en desarrollar la nuevas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deutschland.de\/es\/topic\/economia\/microprocesadores-la-milagrosa-maquina-de-producir-super-microchips\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">maquinas litograficas con tecnolog\u00eda EUV<\/a>\u00a0 (o &#8216;luz ultravioleta extrema&#8217;) para fabricar chips mas potentes y que le demando d\u00e9cadas y miles de millones de d\u00f3lares construirla con precisi\u00f3n. Un directivo de IBM afirm\u00f3 de \u00e9sta; <em><strong>\u00abla m\u00e1quina m\u00e1s compleja que ha sido construida por el ser humano\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jL3TYXr52BY\" width=\"650\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h6><em>Video corporativo de ASML<\/em><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 China por supuesto en esta competencia, aunque en este caso muy por detr\u00e1s (seg\u00fan un art\u00edculo del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/07\/04\/technology\/tech-cold-war-chips.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NY Times<\/a>, nada menos que \u00a110 a\u00f1os!) de conseguir una m\u00e1quina como la de la empresa holandesa.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Y como es de esperarse,\u00a0 la tecnolog\u00eda de los semiconductores son ampliamente usados tambi\u00e9n en la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csis.org\/analysis\/semiconductors-and-modern-defense-spending\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> industria militar<\/a>, algo que EEUU ya usa en su sistema de misiles y todas las dem\u00e1s potencias militares por supuesto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">A estas alturas, \u00bfalguien duda que la tecnolog\u00eda -en este caso de los chips- est\u00e1 redefiniendo la &#8216;geopol\u00edtica&#8217; mundial?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N: Tesla, la marca lider en autos el\u00e9ctricos, <a href=\"https:\/\/asia.nikkei.com\/Business\/Tech\/Semiconductors\/Led-by-Tesla-EVs-drive-chip-industry-s-shift-beyond-silicon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seg\u00fan un informe<\/a>, es la compa\u00f1\u00eda con un enfoque diferente sobre el asunto: utiliza los chips mas modernos que su competencia-que aun siguen usando chips antiguos, por que sencillamente mas que una compa\u00f1\u00eda de autos el\u00e9ctricos, es una empresa de tecnolog\u00eda y trabaja en su dise\u00f1o y nuevas optimizaciones.<\/div>\n<div
